Female deals with physical changes unstoppably since puberty hits, from the first aunt flow to pregnancy, child birth, nursing, menopause, to being desperate.
The notion (and action ) of self love and self care aren't only for 20s or 30s, it's for all ages, we found 3 reasons that probably change your perspective on why putting yourself first is important.
Clitoris Never Stops Growing
The clitoris starts growing from puberty, but it doesn't stop right there. As we age, it grows 1.8 times larger than it was during puberty. By the time a woman reaches early 30s, the clit will be four times the size it was when she began puberty and when she reaches menopause, it will be seven times the size than it was when she was born. So if you notice some differences in the size of your lady parts over time, don't be alarmed, and that proves your body keeps changing and growing overtime.

Menopause In 30s
It's no longer a taboo nor a shame to talk about menopause. It's always good to prep for the day comes. Early menopause comes with different causes, genetic cause is part of it, the other reason could be due to POF. According to American Pregnancy Association, approximately 1 in every 1000 women between the ages of 15-29 and 1 in every 100 women between the ages of 30-39 are affected by premature ovarian failure (POF) also called premature menopause. So it is not uncommon starting menopause earlier than the average age range.

In women's health, our thought, food, and things that we apply on skin play the biggest roles on impacting how hormonal response, in order to affect how the cells communicate and response.
On the other hand, adult hippocampal neurogenesis is often associated with hippocampus-dependent learning and memory. Scientists actually found brain cells never stops growing, you can grow new brain cells (depends on your lifestyle and choices that you make daily).
So whether you're 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, or beyond, #selflove is a daily essential. It's never too late to begin a good skin care regimen along with healthy lifestyle, and learn practicing mindfulness. That's the way to slower the process of aging or let's age gracefully instead of age desperately.
