Don't let the name thrown you off, it's about eat fat burn fat.  It's keto+vegan friendly, not only low carbs and contains nearly no sugar, but also able to fuel you up.
A great snacks for long road trip, long haul flight, or stay up overnight.


You could easily make them as little resee-like cups, or store in a container and scoop it out like ice cream when desire.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond butter 
  • 1 ounce (28 gram) unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia drops or monk fruit sweetener
    Instructions
    1. Melt the ingredients in a pan over low heat. 
    2. Stir continuously to avoid burning. You can also use a chocolate melter or double boiler.
    3. Pour into silicone molds or glass container.
    4. Place in the freezer until hardened (however, in fridge does the job too). 
    5. Remove from the molds and store in a sealed container in the freezer / fridge.
