Asian food isn’t only loved by many people but also is our staple food at home. Though, many neurodivergents are like my son and I who are required to remove gluten in the diets (or even high FODMAP food as well) can find it challenging while eating out.

Luckily, after few years of searching and trying, we started having a short list of favourite Asian or Pan-Asian food focused restaurants that we would visit repeatedly in Toronto. These beloved places not only provide gluten-free supporters friendly environments but also able to remove garlic, onion, soy when possible (as you request).
