Golden Milk

This healing drink is packed with nutritious property and amazing fragrance. It can be served as latte or holiday drink on dining table.
這款療癒飲品蘊含豐富營養與迷人香氣,可作為拿鐵或節慶餐桌上的特色飲品。

Ingredients
材料

  • 1000 ml Coconut Milk or Paste
    1000 毫升 椰奶或椰漿
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
    1 1/2 茶匙 薑黃粉
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
    1/4 茶匙 薑粉
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon (I prefer All Spice!)
    1/4 茶匙 肉桂粉(我更喜歡五香粉!)
  • 1 tsp Unrefined Coconut Oil (Skip this if having digestion issues)
    1 茶匙 未精煉椰子油 (如有消化系統問題,請跳過此材料)
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper (Piperine in black pepper helps absorption of curcumin)
    少許 黑胡椒粉(黑胡椒中的胡椒鹼有助於薑黃素的吸收)
  • Sweetener of choice (Stevia is best, but a dash of 100% pure maple syrup works)
    適量 天然代糖(建議使用甜菊糖,但加入少許 100% 純楓糖漿亦可)

Instructions
做法

  1. Add all ingredients in a small saucepan.
    將所有材料放入小鍋中
  2. Whisk to combine and warm over medium heat.
    用攪拌器不斷攪拌,中火加熱至溫熱。
  3. Heat until hot to the touch but not boiling.
    加熱至觸摸時感覺熱但未沸騰即可。
  4. Turn off heat and taste to adjust flavor.
    熄火後試味,按需要調整甜度或香料比例
  5. Serve hot is ideal.
    熱飲最佳。
